Google wants to know which of its employees is planning to quit.
Google is worried about its talent quitting for better paid pastures new.
Acknowledged as one of the better tech companies to work for, Google still feels the need to know as much as possible about its employees.
It’s reported this week to be “crunching data from employee reviews, promotion and pay histories in a mathematical formula Google says can identify which of its 20,000 employees are most likely to quit”.
The report does not say what Google intends to do with the results.
